The overall experience was poor. The toilet was broke, every time I had to flush, I had to plug the toilet with my hands. Housekeeping never came to the room during my 3 days stay. The staff was fixing another room, problem they waited until after 7 p.m.

It was ok besides my room air conditioner not cooling properly. I was giving the option to move to another room but I was about to head to an event and really didn’t have time and by the time I got back in I didn’t feel like moving all my things to another room. They just need to check appliances before booking etc.

Felt unsafe due to othet guests in the area. S.elled like marijuana as soon as i walked outside. I knew it was average stay but was more like below average. More run down then the pictures. But is a lot cheaper then the hotels downtown. I guess yiu get whay you pay for

Great location, good price

You get what you pay for. Hotel(motel) is in the great location so to get a room for low price would be impossible. Breakfest - do not expect too much, veeeery limited choices. Room is ok - again - its more like a motel. I'd stay here again for 1 night because of price and convenience.

Filthy bed, stained with piss! Smell stuck to our clothes. Refused to move rooms or refund, got another room after big discussions, bath handing off the wall, bleach stains & smell strong enough to make your eyes water. no security deposit was given back. Don’t stay here.

We were expecting a hotel, this was a run down two story roadside place. Felt like we should pay by the hour. It was more expensive than actually decent hotels weve stayed in. Breakfast was the most minimal excuse for food. Hotel room was dirty, fixtures didnt work and the sheets were stained with what I assume was blood. The door wouldnt shut unless you slammed it. Look for places in the downtown area by the river and skip this dump

This is not your typical best western hotel. This is a motel. While the rooms were better than I’d expected from looking at the place, you can’t cover shabbiness with a coat of pea soup paint. The “continental breakfast” (available between 6am-9am) consisted of apples, oranges, juice, cold cereal, bread, yogurt, and a pancake maker that didn’t work. And you can’t forget about the microwaveable “old folks” breakfast sausage sandwiches that were rubbery and tasteless, something I’m sure even the old folks in a home wouldn’t enjoy. The “dining area” did have a Folgers machine that worked but the gentleman at the desk did seem concerned when I went in there to get coffee in the afternoon/evening. Overall, would never stay again!
