Recently stayed for the weekend, and ended up wishing we paid a little more for something else in the area. Stains in the room including on the curtains. Our first room had no working heat when we got there (25 degrees outside, 55 degrees inside the room). We eventually had to switch rooms after unpacking. During our two-day stay the rooms keys stopped working twice. At breakfast, their normal coffee machine was broken and the temporary large pot they had out was empty. Either the apple juice or orange juice would be empty depending on the day. Really stale/hard biscuits. It was a somewhat quiet location to sleep and close to the highway, only 15 minutes to downtown. The staff was really pleasant.

The room was amazing. We stayed in a king room. The bed was very comfortable! Amazingly clean. Front desk people were friendly and very accommodating! Traveling with my elderly parents and the staff was very helpful and asked if they could get my dad anything additional to eat as he is kinda picky!!! Great stay, will go back again!!! If you are looking for a warm, cozy, GREAT place to stay, do yourself a favor and stay here!!! Tell them a nice lady from PA told you to stop! Enjoy your stay!!!

Asked for a different room due to it being a handicap room and I wasn’t able to get it. The sheets weren’t the cleanest, the floor was very stained, was super loud and the shower head was very low.

They don’t clean the rooms daily. The second day we stayed there the lights in the whole hotel weren’t working. Had to wait for a while to be able to get two new towels.
