Worth Staying Here!!!

This hotel was great! Very clean rooms, great customer service. Shuttle was not going after 8pm you need to call peioe to areicong ro make arrangements but the hotel took care of it. Breakfast was food, waffles eggs, sausage, yogurts, fresh fruit, breads, bagels donuts, juices great coffee, cereal and more. Close to airport and conveniently located. Will stay again.

My family had a horrible experience with this hotel. When it was time to head to bed my daughter pulled the blanket back and found balls of hair in the sheets and dirt. I call Down to the front desk, and was asked to bring down photos. I provided the photos, and was offered to be put in a different room. Only to find out they did not have a two bed style room available. So a refund was offered. We packed out stuff and headed to the car for the 4 hour trip home at midnight. On the way out the night manager informed me that since I booked through Expedia I would have to contact Expedia and they would call to confirm. Then all the fun with Expedia started. After jumping through hoops after hoops after hoops I get told there is nothing more they can do, due to not being able to contact the property. Even though I have called several time with no problem getting through.

This hotel had rooms that were not very clean. There were stains on the bed, on the curtains and on the couch. We complained (they looked like they didn’t believe us) and they gave us a new room but unfortunately that room was also filled with the exact stains. I can only imagine the dark rugs in the room, that make it hard to see cleanliness. Make sure you check your bed for any stains before sleeping.
