After our evening wrapped up, we found that the shower did not work in our room. Additionally, the outlet in the bathroom and multiple outlets in the room did not work. The front staff (in the morning; evening staff was fine) were not pleasant to work with. They didn't even greet us or ask us how our stay was. We told them about these issues but did not seem to care. The only reason this is two stars and not one is that they have a good breakfast. We won't be staying here or at any Embassy Suites again. No thanks.

The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and the microwave wouldn’t work. I was in room 610. Most of the staff were courteous but there were a few that needed to sharpen their skills. As a former Embassy Suites employee, I know “The Embassy Way” and my staff and I took pride in our work. Some of the staff definitely do not.

The room was outdated and dingy looking the staff was not welcoming upon arrival to be honest a bit rude and not accommodating. Never gave me water or offered a free drink coupon it was a man at the counter not very pleasant at all .
