I am so grateful to this hotel everything was amazing from check in. Benny at the front desk was a true saint! I had a medical emergency and he was helpful and supportive to my husband and accommodating for us. I will be forever grateful.

The pool was closed without notice on their official website, and they left us in the lobby for an hour during check-in. Our room wasn't clean, the sheets were obviously used and the trash from the people before us was left in the bins and on the tables, as well as used towels on the floor. We just wanted to get showers then try to get our room fixed afterwards, but when my friend was about to get a shower the maids came in and started laughing. We decided after that it wasn't worth staying at this hotel, and when I asked for a refund at the front desk, the lady got an attitude, accused us that the room must not have been messy when we got there, and refused a refund since we got showers. But the cherry on top? As we left, we saw the American flag was in the bushes in front of the flagpoles, completely detached and flapping against the ground. Worst hotel experience I've ever had, never giving this place another chance, we gave them more than enough chances in just 2 1/2 hours being there.

Desk staff rude. Elevator broken, so we shlepped up 3 flights of stairs to a filthy room. Pool empty & in pieces. Asked about a rollaway bed; told “NO!” by the desk staff. Surrounding area sketchy. No parking. Not in keeping with usual Hamptons we’ve stayed in. This place is a dump; go somewhere else.

From check in to check out, we had a great experience. We arrived with two dogs for the pet expo going on in town. There is a area out back for their potty needs. Early Saturday morning, I had to take them outside & there was a security officer patrolling the lot which made me feel much safer. Bed was ok--I was exhausted both nights so I slept like a log. Breakfast was meh--first morning there was no hot food available when I went in so I just got other items. There is a mall and shopping and eating places all around. We will definitely stay here when we come back next year!!
