Being right next to all the shops at Easton was extremely nice. Staff were polite. You can’t go wrong with Hiltons!

The A/C did not cool the room off at all - very humid. When I mentioned it to the front desk staff, they assured me they would send someone up (we were leaving for shopping). We came back and it was the same. At midnight we called the front desk who gave us another room but same issue. This time they handed us a box fan. Next day got up, left for the day and came back to our room. It was not touched by the cleaning staff. Called again , they brought us towels. I go away to a hotel to enjoy the amenities of a clean room, fresh towels, cool air, etc…This hotel did not meet my standards.

Fun, clean and modern

Great facility, friendly customer service and staff. Would be nice to have a water dispenser as there was no functioning water fountain. Excellent location!

We loved the convenience of the location and was able to park and walk everywhere. What we didn't like was the parking was tight, the wifi was slow, direct tv went out when a pop up storm came through, no apps available on tv like Netflix or Hulu, no microwave and vending room only had an ice machine.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton.The front desk was very understanding about having the wrong room and changed it for me. The hotel’s location makes shopping and dining very convenient. Additionally, the hotel was very clean.
