It really was a lovely hotel but there was a kids sporting event on and couldn’t get much sleep because of them running up and down corridors. Adults were outside drinking. We appreciated the shuttle at 4am.

To get any amenities I had to join Hilton group. Ripoff. Dining came out of a box and was nuked. ripoff. Bottled water in room at $3 a bottle. Ripoff. Pool is a joke, I've seen larger hot tubs/spas. Ripoff.

Our room was located on the 2nd floor. There was a terrible smell in the hallways. It smelled like a sewer leak. It made the walks in the hallway to the elevator horrible!

They are doing work on the Airport so the roads are dirty from construction. not the hotels fault. Very close to the Airport. they do have a bar open at night and place to eat.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, which I truly appreciated. However, my overall experience was affected by a noise issue. The room next to mine had their TV on at an extremely high volume around 3 a.m.—it felt like I was next to a theater. I called the front desk for assistance, but unfortunately, the noise didn’t subside until about 6 a.m., which made it difficult to get a good night’s rest.

Near airport and within walking distance if you are a hiker. A free shuttle service is provided and preferred. We had a 7am flight and got the shuttle at 4:30. Thank goodness because it took 30 minutes due to the fact it serviced all 3 hotels. The 2 others are closer to the airport . Parking was $7/night and convenient for our return. I would stay again.

Every single member of the staff I encountered went out of their way to make me feel welcome and provide the best service possible, from the shuttle driver to the desk staff. The shuttle was available both to and from the airport within two minutes, even though I arrived at nearly midnight. I had a few hours after checkout before my flight, so I was given a late checkout, and while I sat out on the patio reading, a staff member was nice enough to come out and offer me a bottle of water. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. The only negative was I was unable to sleep late as I had planned (I was “on west coast time”) because of flight noise, but one can only expect that at an airport hotel. I’d definitely stay here again.
