Everything was great and the staff was polite and accommodating. The only issue I had with the hotel was they tried to charge my card at 12:00 and I was not there and it wasn’t even check in time! And I did it appreciate that

Pros: Good room size with seating area, good location, its a new hotel so rooms and amenities are new and well maintained. Cons: Its smelt damp when we first entered the room, breakfast was average, more variety less quality.

Thr only thing that upset me was putting 2 bottles of water in my room saying I would be charged for the water if I drank it because I wasn't a member of the .Hyatt club. And the price i paid for the 5 nights was expensive. I just might have a change of Hotels for my next trip to Ohio.

Property was incredibly nice - fast elevators and very attentive staff. I do wish there was an option to turn the A/C fan on so it runs all the time or perhaps a fan in the bathroom for white noise purposes.
