The location was convenient and neighborhood was quiet. The positive- our family was able to rent the Guest House located on the property directly behind the house so made our visit easier. And the large farm table in the sun room is large enough to accommodate 7-8 people. The back patio is shared with the Guest House this set up could be quite uncomfortable for different families. The property is far from updated as the listing states. The bathroom is really meant for someone over 6â. The mirror is too high and the tub is difficult to climb in and out of easily. The kitchen cupboards are old and painted multiple times. There is paint peeling on the ceiling in every room. Sleeps six but only seating for 4, even at the dining room table. There are more plates than silverware and only 3 coffee cups. We had to borrow tools from the other kitchen to make dinner. The beds were uncomfortable and the factory plastic on the mattresses made it very noisy and awkward to sleep. The front door lock is difficult to operate. We did need to extend our stay by one night a received a discount for the additional night. That process was easy.
