FILTH

The place is infested with roaches. We had to sleep with the lights on because when you turned the lights out the roaches covered and I do mean covered the bathroom sink. We had a tote on the floor and lifted it up, about 20-30 roaches ran out from underneath of it as well. There are people with young kids living there and they were out in the parking lot playing until 9:30pm. SCREAMING at the top of their lungs.

Everything in the room worked. We had no issues with anything. Except the squeaky door next to us that was opened and closed several times during the night. It wasn't an exceptional place to stay and they could have used professional painters on the interior, but it was clean and neat. No bugs or other critters were in the room, and the room was fairly large. A pleasant stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were neat, windows were dirty and Floors in multiple rooms on different days have been the same, dirty and neglected. Possible extended stay guests residing at hotel are messy, noisy, inconsiderate, and not very friendly, adding a negative experience to most stays.

Customer serving was good and friendly, the outside area heading to the room was just dirty dingy the stairs had a hornet's nest underneath it. The inside of the room was kind of decent bed was made they were stains on the sheets the flooring you had to stay with shoes on cuz it was not cleaned the toilet will have to be cleaned the bathtub needs to be redone it's extremely dingy and there you knew they didn't clean the room well because there were open soap packages on the towel bins by the sink. Out side there was a corner with soda cans being piled up. On top of that other motel Patriots just throwing their hands out their car in the parking lot.
