Staff were very friendly and helpful, there was a parking garage close to the hotel and they had valet parking available. The room was very clean and maintained well. The only downside I noticed was that I stayed here in a Saturday night and there was a lot of noise and activity outside which was distracting and would make it hard to sleep if your going to bed early. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back again.

The check in was weird and confusing. You had to go to the bar with to real signage. The room was woefully sad and small. The bed was basically a futon and everything was strange and definitely more for form over function. Everything was clean and orderly, just a very underwhelming experience. And there was no bars of soap for the shower. For $200+ a night I expected more.

Property was small. Room was tiny for a king room. First night extremely noisy(not the properties fault just the area). Our room was only cleaned once in our three night stay and towels had to be changed by us. First night only one elevator was working. Monday afternoon valet parking was closed due to mechanical issues.

Hotel is cute and the area surrounding it is very nice. The room was not clean though, stray hairs all over the floor and desk. You could tell it hadn’t been swept/mopped.
