Upon arriving after 1am, we enter our room where we are hit with a strong cat urine smell. The floors were coated in filth, and what looked to be haphazardly cleaned puke, as the rug was wet and stained. The window was wide open, no screen or anything, on the 5th floor. The bed had a very visible stain on the top of the sheets, and the bathroom counter had a brown mystery smudge on it. After calling the fron desk and asking for a new room, we were told they were all booked. We spent an hour searching for a hotel when there was a concert going on, so it was near impossible. If only the room was cleaned properly, we wouldn't have had such a struggle. Front desk man was no help, no sympathy and offered no solutions. Just a shrug and a stare. He said "Not trying to be funny, but youre going to have to go really far to find a hotel tonight." Sir. We know. Your establishment failed to do their job. We did everything we had to. Finally got to another hotel at 3 am. Would not recommend this hotel.
