Our room had several spider webs on ceiling an we couldn't get our romm to cool off. It was really hot even when we turned the heat way down. We had to open our side door to cool it off.

The hotel was very convenient for a concert across the street. The room was clean, but when we got in, the balcony door was open (in December) and it took me and my friend several minutes to get it to latch properly. Then we found the laminated note in the key card envelope on how to shut it! That was pretty weird, but otherwise no complaints!
