Lacked organization, never received instructions to check in them sat on the phone for 15-20 minutes while they had to try to find the reservation which it sure felt like they were never going to. Lock box for key didn't work to return the key so had to run back up to the third floor just to put the key in the room since they had no other key drop off options. Another person I ran jnto there also had the same issues with checking in. "Hot" water was barely just warm enough for a shower. Room was nice overall and location was as well. Free parking was a big perk.
