Individual cottage under construction (work will be completed in late November), located in a quiet location, very close to the slopes of Combloux but also the village of Megève (about 5 km). The chalet is also near Chamonix (about 30 km) and Annecy (about 70 km). Strategic location for hiking in the mountains and high mountains.
The ground floor consists of a kitchen open to a living-dining room, a master bedroom with bathroom, a separate toilet, a ski room (boot dryer and gloves) and a sauna. On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
Magnificent views of the mountains of Mont Blanc, Aravis and needles Warens.
PMR access.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Bouchet Ski Lift. A water park and laundry facilities are available. A kitchen and a patio are available in the holiday home.
