The house was spacious enough to accommodate several couples and children. Nice amenities with the pool, washer boards, fire pit. There is also a deer feeder that brings deer right up to the back of the home.

The home was beautiful inside and outside, it was clean and well maintained, has everything you need to prepare food. The view from the kitchen and porch is beautiful, you have deers visiting. My family and I had a lovely time. The river and stores are like 5 minutes away this home is in a great location. I definitely will be coming back.

It was awesome having the pool and the kids got great use of it. All in all it was a very successful trip. The host was great as she called me immediately to tell me we left some hanging clothes. The only thing about the house was there was only one till of toilet paper in each bathroom, the beds were made with top sheet on backwards and not tucked in. The dishes in the cabinets were not all clean. They still have food on some of them. Over all though not to bad.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed the stay overall at Clearwater casa which provided ample room for our 16 family members. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the openness of the outside area. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. there was plenty of Cookware but all pots and pans were old and in very poor condition, all coated with Deteriorating Teflon. The cookware needs to be replaced. We had issues keeping the house cool enough during the day. We were told that because so many people were going in and out of the doors that the house heated up to around 78°. The house did cool down at night, not sure what the remedy is for this because during the summer people are going to be going in and out of the doors during the day.

Our family outgrew the cabins we stayed at previously, so for the last few years we have rented a separate space for our adult children and grandchildren. This property is perfect. Each bedroom has its own bathroom so there was ample space for each family. The pool was an added bonus. We’ve already reserved the house for next year.
