First the good...It was very clean and the breakfast was good...close to fast food locations...the plug in the tub would not work correctly, we finally saw someone at the front desk and let her know and it was fixed that day Now the bad...The walls were paper thin...we heard every argument and conversation the neighbors had...We had to call the front desk who called the police because we heard glass break during one argument...thank goodness they left that day...We were there for a funeral, we went to the funeral and wanted to go back to our room and lay down...we got there and the sheets had been stripped and dirty towels removed but not replaced...this was about 2;30...also there were two other rooms booked for the funeral and they were both in the same condition...the sister of the deceased is elderly and needed a nap so she laid down in the lobby on a couch and slept for awhile...we were all on the same floor and there were no housekeeping carts on our side of the hotel. My wife told the front desk and finally a housekeeper came...she knocked very quietly and said did we need housekeeping? I said yes and held the door open so she could see...Very rudely she told me I had to leave so she could clean the room...I didn't mind leaving it was her attitude, we have never been at a hotel were the room was only half done...the jetted tub turned out to be a hottub taking up half the bedroom with only a chair for the desk. the juice machine didn't work, the juice on counterwas bad

The service here was terrible. When checking in, my room key did not work. I returned to the front desk and waited 15 minutes for a new key. I returned to my room, but the new key did not work, so I went back to the front desk. The staff told me to wait as she answered the phone and took another 15 minutes. I received another new key, and it did not work. I then returned to the front desk and waited for 15 minutes before they moved me to a new room. In total, it took me over an hour to check into my room. I also noticed the elevator has buttons that no longer work and has an operating permit that has expired 7 months ago.

Good price! Very clean! Seedy area

Nice & clean. Not in a great neighborhood but it didn't seem to be an issue. Right next to the freeway. Could be a little noisey on the backside of the hotel if you're trying to sleep in but it wasn't too loud. It is well kept for the area. Breakfast was decent. Coffee was good and strong. Staff was all friendly!

Receptionist was having a issue the supervisor in front of us when arriving over the booking system. Rooms were ok but comforters were not washed and had stains and what looked to be like someone blew there nose on the comforter and had not been washed. Fridge did not work and caused out milk to spoil. Some lights in the room did not work.
