We had no phone in the room. It was bugs and spiders all over the restroom and we were denied a late check out even though we had no phone to ask earlier. I still haven’t gotten my deposit back.

Would not recommend

The front door is locked and you can only get in if the employees see you and let you in. The check in process was very odd with a virtual assistant on a kiosk. Which didn’t really make sense because you still had to check in with the employee behind the counter for the keys. The room had some sort of white substance splattered all over the wall and curtains. It smelled like it had been recently fumigated for roaches, a very strong chemical smell, and dead roaches on the exterior stairs. There were homeless encampments in many of the spots in the lot, so parking was difficult. There was someone’s black hair on the pillows of the bed. The first morning when we went to go to get something from car and went back to the room neither of our key cards worked anymore. Since my key card didn’t work I had to stand outside the front doors at 130 in the afternoon trying to flag down an employee so I could get back into my room. The food was mediocre, but fine since it is included for the price. If you don’t go early you might miss out, most of the food except the hot selection was empty by 830 and I never saw it get refilled.

Great customer service

We made a quick stop in Antioch before heading back home. Nana provided exceptional customer service—she went above and beyond to make our check-in smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was pretty good too.

Since I arrived at the location the girl at the front desk was in a bad mood, not very pleasant, she told me that early check in was $ 50 more and a $ 150 deposit, she asked me for my ID and didn't even greet me, she was not friendly, I asked if I could use the pool while I waited and very rudely she said NO. When I returned at 3 in the afternoon she gave me the room and didn't even tell me that the pool could not be used, they had had a problem with the city, they closed the pool and I didn't know and I used it, the pool did not have the necessary chemicals for safety, my skin burned and nobody said anything to me, until the woman who cleans me told me the city closed the pool. They gave me the third floor next to the freway, it is very noisy. This is what I saw in the hallways of the place, naked men smoking, men selling drugs and alcoholic women on the stairs, it was hell, the room was too small and there was no soap, cream or conditioner in the containers. I just asked God to get me out of that hellish hotel safely, the worst thing I've ever experienced.Not recomended, Expedia es a great resource to trust but this place was not quality nor good experience.
