This Conesus cottage boasts 2 inviting bedrooms, featuring 1 queen bed and 1 full size bed. With a cozy atmosphere, a gas fireplace, private shared beach for swimming and lake access for small boat launching (no motor boats or jetski) and modern amenities like a hair dryer and AC, guests can relax and unwind. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and more essentials for a comfortable stay, the shower has a grab bar for extra safety. Lots of private garden like outdoor space to grill and eat and a hammock. Our place is perfect for both long or short stays to make your vacation one to remember (no stays more than 14 days and no parties please). we now have high speed Internet!! Lots of cookware, bake ware and espresso/kcup maker and frother - no blender at moment (sorry it broke). Please note view of lake in picture is from the shared lake access, which is not directly across from the cabin, but about 500 ft a one minute walk down a gravel road from the front of the cabin. The cabin has glimpses of the lake but is across a dirt road from the lake, not directly on the lake front itself and there are houses across from it. The lake access is shared and requires a short walk, boats may not be tied to the dock and only hand carried boats can be launched from the shared area. great for swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding. We now have an actual Queen Bed and a full size bed, replacing the old arangement of a full size and a twin. Hopefully this will improve guest comfort, and we have gotten lots of wonderful foam pillows.

Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
As far as check out, just leave the key back in the combo box and scramble to dials, be sure to lock the door behind you. Other than that, just be sure lights and air conditioner are off.
Please take your trash out to the trash bin I have next to my black and green composter which is to the right hand side of the driveway. Please leave recycling in a separate bag in the same trash bin
Please wash any dishes, if you don't have time to put them back in the cabinet it is okay to leave them drying in the dish rack. Thanks and have a great time

Nice little cottage

Nice clean cottage not too far from stores & restaurants also Letchworth park is nice. Plenty of dishes towels and linens. Will stay again.

Nice stay for a few days. The only thing is the listing says it has a queen bed in one room. It wasn’t a queen bed and it was hard to sleep comfortably. The host was great in communicating back and forth when needed before the stay.

Cute cottage just behind lakefront properties. Communication was remarkably good and very helpful. The shared beach was a bit of a walk from the cottage so should be considered for older or those with mobility issues (I had my parents visiting).

We stayed at Conecius lake to drop off our son at college. Communicating with Phillipe was great. He answered all messages promptly. The place was cute and met our needs. We were able to use the kayak and paddle boards on the lake but it was a short walk to the dock. There is no lake view from the cottage but the outside seating was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. *The place is pet friendly for those with allergies.

The cottage is a nice little spot across from lakeshore housing. The cottage itself is just a very short walk to a shared lake access area. Unfortunately the shared access site doesn’t really offer much, it wasn’t ideal. We had to go elsewhere to enjoy lake activities. The house does have everything you need and the communication was excellent with the owner when a couple small issues came up. The queen bed mentioned in the ad is not a Queen, it’s a full at best and wasn’t comfortable. Nice for our dogs to have a fenced area to do their business.

Thank you but I don't think we will be back. It was a nice little cottage if you needed a place to stay while visiting the area. It was not the "on the lake" experience we were hoping for. The cover photo on the VRBO app shows a lovely lake side picture with a doc. However, we were told on the day of check-in that we were not allowed to even use that doc. The listing on VRBO just says that it is a private shared beach and doc. Also there is not a queen bed, the bigger bed is really only a full at most and not even having a glimpse of the lake from the house or property was also disappointing.
