Guest Access:

This is a single home with (2) rental units, an upper and lower. Mountain Haven is the upper unit. It is fully insulated from the lower unit with Structure 40 insulation for maximum noise reduction. You'll have your own private entry, private deck and yard.



A few FAQs:

- You'll receive check in instructions the on the morning of your arrival.

- Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- We’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when possible, based on our reservation and cleaning schedule - and there’s no extra charge.

- You’ll receive the simple check-out instructions the day before departure.

- A car is necessary : this is a rural, wooded area without public transit or walkable shops

- Downtown Conifer is just a 10-minute drive for groceries, coffee, and restaurants

- Red Rocks Amphitheatre is about 30 minutes away, perfect for concerts or hiking

- Denver is an easy 45–50 minute drive, depending on traffic

- I-285 is the main highway in and out of town and is well-maintained year-round

- Driveway is private, with space for multiple vehicles and surrounded by trees for added privacy



**In winter months, 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended due to snow and mountain roads

Winter in the mountains is truly special, think crisp air, snowy views, and cozy evenings by the fire. To make the most of your stay, we recommend bringing an AWD or 4WD vehicle for easy access. Our team keeps the driveway, walkways, and deck plowed, salted, and sanded regularly, but please take it slow and enjoy the peaceful pace of mountain life, occasional icy spots are part of the charm up here!
