New and modern holiday home with private pool for 6-7 people in Colorado. Casa Ivan is a very well equipped, modern style holiday home. The house is spacious and bright, for a total of 6-7 people. It offers a perfect place for a great family holiday with its private pool, large and well-kept garden and the covered BBQ area.

Schönes Haus mit Pool

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Pool und Garten sind uneinsehbar. Die Eigentümer sind sehr zugänglich und nett. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.

Casa Iván - Eine perfekt ausgestattete Finca

Wir waren von Ende September bis Mitte Oktober 2023 zu Gast als Familie mit 4 Personen im Casa Iván. Wir kommen nunmehr seit 25 Jahren regelmäßig nach Conil und mieten immer eine Finca. Das Casa Iván war das mit Abstand am besten ausgestattete Ferienhaus, das wir je gemietet haben! Es fehlt wirklich nichts. Ein Herd mit 3 Kochfoldern, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, 3 Tiefkühlfächer, Spülmaschine, 2 Kaffeemaschinen (Filter + Nescafe Dolce Gusto) sowie auf der überdachten Terrasse eine Waschmaschine und ein Grill. Auch sämtliches Küchenzubehör ist ausreichend vorhanden, von der Saftpresse über einen Toaster bis hin zum Mörser. Das Haus ist 2018 erbaut worden und ist in einem äußerst gepflegtem Zustand. Der Pool ist ca. 6 x 4 Meter groß und bietet an heißen Tagen (wir hatten jeden Tag 30-35 Grad!) eine angenehme Abkühlung. Für die kühleren Wintertage gibt es im Wohnzimmer einen Kamin. Zu unserer absoluten Überraschung wurden bei der Anreise auch schon die ersten Utensilien bereit gestellt. Eine Flasche Bier, Wasser, ein paar Kaffeekapseln, Spülmaschinentabs, Toilettenpapier etc. Das haben wir bis dato noch nie so vorgefunden. Die Vermieter sind extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Bei Problemen ist sofort jemand vor Ort und kümmert sich. Der Pool sowie der gesamte Garten wird regelmäßig gereinigt und gepflegt. Kurzum, eine perfekte Wohlfühloase! Das Haus liegt ca. 10 Autominuten vom Zentrum von Conil entfernt auf dem Campo, ein Auto sollte man also zur Verfügung haben.

Casa Ivan

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Casa Ivan verbracht! Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit vielen liebevollen und praktischen Details. In der Küche hat uns ein kleines Willkommenspaket erwartet mit einer Grundausstattung an Kaffee, Tee, Wasser, Gewürze, etc. Die Küche ist groß und hat alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Man hat sogar die Wahl zwischen einer Filterkaffeemaschine, einer Kapselmaschine und einem Espressokocher. Auch im Bad gab es ein Körbchen mit einigen Hygieneartikeln, außerdem Seifenspender und sogar ein Erste-Hilfe-Set. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und haben große Kleiderschränke mit ausreichend Kleiderbügeln. Alle Fenster haben Fliegengitter. Besonders hat uns der Außenbereich mit dem Garten, der großen überdachten Terrasse und vor allem dem schönen Pool gefallen. Neben der Terrassenüberdachung spenden die Markise und die Pflanzen zusätzlich Schatten. Draußen befindet sich auch ein Grill, die Waschmaschine und die Wäscheleinen. Insgesamt fanden wir alles sehr praktisch und durchdacht und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Dass das Haus keine Klimaanlage besitzt, hat uns aufgrund der Temperaturen von max. 25 Grad nicht gestört, könnte im Hochsommer aber problematisch sein. Etwas störend fanden wir anfangs die Hunde und Hähne in der Nachbarschaft, wir haben uns aber mit der Zeit daran gewöhnt.

super mit kleinen Abstrichen

Das Haus ist super und entspricht den Beschreibungen und Fotos. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Ein großer Vorteil sind die Insektengitter. Wir haben den Garten, die überdachte Terrasse und der Grillbereich sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben z.B. während unseres Aufenthalts einige Veranstaltungstipps erhalten. Kommunikation war überhaupt kein Problem. Ein Nachteil ist das Flachdach des Hauses, durch das sich das Haus schnell erwärmt. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Beim Duschen ist ein wenig Geduld gefragt, weil warmes Wasser nicht sofort und auch nicht konstant fließt (Wasserverschwendung!). Durch die Lage des Hauses inmitten von Landwirtschaft merkt (hört und riecht) man auch, dass dort gearbeitet wird.

Tolle 10 Tage in schönem Haus mit Pool verbracht

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Alles sehr sauber und großzügig. Die Schlafzimmer sind alle mit Fliegenschutz und Rollos versehen. Der Grill draußen ist toll, die Waschmaschine und Trockenleinen super. Der Pool wurde täglich sehr gerne genutzt, er lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Zum Strand fährt man ca. 8 Min. mit dem Auto. Dort kann man direkt parken wenn man früh genug dort ist für 1 € am Tag. Die Verwalter waren immer zu erreichen bei Fragen und sehr nett. Dank Google Translater klappte auch die Kommunikation ohne Spanischkenntnisse. Schön wäre noch ein Staubsauger im Haus gewesen. Es gibt einen Punkt Abzug für die Hunde in der weiteren Entfernung. Die bellten schon sehr viel, was uns persönlich gestört hat. Aber dafür können die Vermieter nichts. Ansonsten alles TOP! Hatten bislang noch nie in Spanien so eine saubere Unterkunft!

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben auf Empfehlung einer Bekannten bei Casa Conil / FeWo gebucht. In den ersten beiden Juniwochen haben wir im Casa Ivan gewohnt. Die Beschreibung des Hauses auf der Website entspricht absolut der Realität. Das Haus ist sehr gut gepflegt und vermittelt schon beim ersten Betreten ein Wohlfühlgefühl. Auch die Betreung vor Ort von Javi und Noelia war spitzenmäßig. Perfekte Abwicklung von der Buchung bis über den gesamten Urlaub. Gerne wieder. Weiterso, ihr macht einen "Super Job".

ESTUPENDA ESTANCIA

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda alojados en Casa Ivan. Tanto la atención de los propietarios como el estado de la casa a sido inmejorable. Por destacar algo que se puede mejorar y que ya comenté con Javi, el tamaño de las camas para personas de 180 cm de altura o más resultan pequeñas.. Pero en conjunto todo ha sido estupendo.
