The water in the kitchen runs very slow. We needed a broom because of all the pine cones on the porch and back yard. Contacted the agent and one was sent; but not a very good broom and dust pan. When it arrived I had already gotten one from somewhere else. Also the fan in the sitting area would never turn off or be adjusted.

We stayed at this quiet neighborhood abutting the golf course for our daughters wedding. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in the home. The children loved the outdoors - finding stray goofballs, watching lizards, finding pinecones, listening to birds and taking short walks with their parents. The property had everything we needed to relax and unwind after rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, and before and after the wedding. The host was very responsive. I am pleased with our stay.

Nice neighborhood and home for a group stay

We loved the neighborhood and area of the home. It’s a nicely sized home and fit all of our group really nicely. I would haven given it a 5, but there were a few things that didn’t meet that 5 star mark in my mind with the cleanliness. There were a lot of hand prints and smudges on the walls that could have been a quick clean, the grass and landscape not properly kept, smell was a little musty, etc. Communication was great and friendly. Overall, a great stay for what we needed, just add a few finishing touches and it will be perfect!

The home worked really well for us, we stayed with one other family while we were there for a baseball tournament. Plenty of space and the games room was great for the kids.

It was a great place for our large family to stay while in town for a wedding. We noticed some areas weren’t the cleanest: stairs, bath mats, several dusty light fixtures and some lightbulbs were burnt out. There wasn’t a ping pong table like advertised. And would have loved access to some basic necessities like tinfoil, plastic wrap, instead of buying. Overall, the house was big and spacious which was nice. The general amenities were great and we loved the outdoor space. We enjoyed our stay!

There were a few places on the property that needed a bit of TLC, such as the shower curtains, the pool table, and the grass in the front yard but they were all miniscule issues that didn't really effect the overall experience that the property provided. The homeowners were very kind and quick to respond and the home was exactly what we needed. The beds were very nice, especially the master bedroom. Overall I would stay here again! It was a perfect location and very quiet.

90th BD celebration

Brought all the family in for a 90th BD celebration and needed a place for my kids and grandbabies to stay. It was perfect for them-the little ones loved the arcade games(of course!) The house was clean and even decorated for Christmas! Would definitely rent again!

Perfect family getaway

Five stars. Three generations enjoyed a lovely stay. Excellent accommodations with plenty of comfy beds and 3 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen for many happy meals. Terrific game room. Location absolutely perfect, Good neighborhood for a morning walk. Guys spent a great morning on the adjacent golf course. Short trip to AMC theaters or HEB for groceries. Only 20 miles to our Thanksgiving destination in Spring. Highly recommend.

We were in town for my daughter's wedding and the family was able to stay together in one house. The game room was great for the kids. The mattresses were not real comfortable and one of our daughters slept on the couch because she said it was more comfortable than the bed.

Were many concerns Overflow was dripping everywhere outside making the deck unusable Reached out to owner when power went out never replied Had to get neighbors to help The fake grass out front was all wrinkled up No way to access pantry to store additional food No blankets in room just sheets with some sort of thin cover Ring your own supplies and blankets Expect poor if any communication We are expecting some compensation for some of these issues such as power outage and the inability to use deck from overflow

Beautiful Property

Enjoyed our stay at this location. It was our first girls trip and we decided to go to Texas. Property is very spacious and clean. Beautiful landscape and the outside lights make it so much better. Going into the neighborhood was the only surprise, due to it being a ride to actually get to house once on property but me and my friends enjoyed the home so much it didn’t really bother us much.

Wedding Gathering

The property was spacious inside and out and was a comfortable place to stay for our group. When we arrived the backyard was very over grown, however the owner arranged to have someone mow it and they did by the next afternoon. The kitchen is well laid out with lots of room to move around with a group, but needs more drinking glasses. We used the grill, but the house lacked any grilling utensils, like a long handled metal spatula to flip burgers. The bathrooms are also spacious, but lack enough towel rods or hooks for the number of people able to stay at the house. The ones there need to be reattached more firmly to the wall. There could also be more bath & hand towels in all the bathrooms. And there was mold on the shower curtain. The bunk bed room had no flat, top sheets on any of the beds. Also, the only broom available is broken so the floors and deck could not be swept daily. And there were a lot of spider webs in the fire place and along parts of the ceiling. This house is in a great location and is a good floor plan for a large group. It could be a gem if the above mentioned items were addressed.

Beautiful house in quiet neighborhood

My family and I stayed here over the new year and had a great experience! It's a gorgeous older house that's been updated with modern fixtures and appliances while also keeping that older charm. We had 11 in our party, both kids and adults, and while there were plenty of beds and bathrooms, we ran short on a couple amenities like toilet paper, washcloths, and glassware in the kitchen. Just something to note if you're bringing a bigger party. Communication with the property manager was always quick and courteous. One thing to note, the address on the listing itself takes you to a post office, I had to reach out to the property manager for the correct one. Some easy tweaks would make this the perfect 5 star house!
