Room was not cleaned every day, I had to chase down clean towels and was refused the amount I requested, phone in room not connected. -- cord not even available, breakfast was abysmal. -- skimpy in the extreme.

Staff was nice and graceful, but room was neglected from a maintenance standpoint. Cracked paint, stained lamp covers, cracked mirrors, trash in halls, cockroaches, and non-working TV remotes. I would have complained but I was very tired after traveling most of the day, was only staying a night, and needed to get up early.

The room was clean. Had extremely noisy neighbors. Playing loud music until after 2am. House keeping came knocking on our door at 9:30 am expecting us to leave when checkout isnt until 11am.grrrrr. had to rush to finish packing our stuff so we could get out. Breakfast was only toast and dry muffins plus juice and coffe. Ciuld have at least had donuts. 2am.

The room only had one desk chair that was in rough condition. No coffee maker in the room. No cups or glasses in the room. Very rude maid manager pounded on my door 1 hour before checkout and would not say who she was. When I opened the door with security lock on her face was against the door in that crack.

I had a wonderful experience at Super 8. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Although I had an unfortunate issue with one of the rooms, they immediately took care of it by moving me to another room without any hassle. Martha and Wes were especially attentive and guided me through the whole process, making sure I felt comfortable and supported. The rooms themselves are very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. On top of that, the prices are more than reasonable, especially considering the area. Thanks to the staff’s hospitality and the quality of the accommodations, I truly enjoyed my stay and would return!
