The price was great for our loft cottage. We loved having a dock right in front and a private boat launch area. We were also grateful for the security guard, Guy, who helped us with the boat launch and gave us invaluable advice since we are new to boating. We really enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect setup for our first overnight Lake Conroe getaway.

If you like the relaxing sounds of gas powered leaf blowers at 7/8 in the morning. This is the place for you! Do you hate when bartenders cant make drinks, oh boy! Is this the place for you! Want to be overcharged for everything, great news! This is the place for you. Over priced, underwhelming. Very much regret this stay.

Ok but expensive for the location

We stayed at the resort for 4 days. By day 2, we had done everything there was to do. The resort was fine, basically clean. The friendliness of the staff was hit or miss. The guy renting the boats was terrible. The food and drinks were fine, but expensive for the location. The resort tries to give a vibe like you are in an exclusive Caribbean resort (and is priced like one), but you are on a buggy lake in Texas.
