Adorable cottage completely updated in 2017 is conveniently located on a quiet street in the heart of the historic district and is within walking distance to Conway’s vibrant downtown with all its restaurants and shops. This cozy cottage is only 3 blocks from Central Baptist College, .5 miles from the University of Central Arkansas, and approximately 1 mile from Hendrix College. This home features a fully stocked kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless appliances. In addition, there are hardwood floors throughout the home, 2 flat screen TV’s, Hulu Live TV, WiFi Internet, and a laundry room. Our cottage is perfect for parent’s visiting their college student, alumnae attending school activities, girls’ weekends, a family checking out colleges, or business people seeking a more “home like” venue.
