The room was clean. And the staff made me fill like home. As if i was with my family. Very pleasant. The only bad thing was the constat smell of Marijuana in lobby and elevators. But i giess thats everywhere now.
The front desk staff that checked me in was very unpleasant and unprofessional. The check in experience wasnât what I expected from a Hilton property. Thankful the rooms were indeed nice, roomy, and clean. The check in process got us off on a bad starts. There were comments made that I felt were super unprofessional such as âI need to get my taserâ. âItâs not my $100â when we were trying to understand the deposit portion of our room.
Perfect, the night staff that was there around 11ish PM we're very kind and professional. The beds were just right. The breakfast was not your typical pastries but had good hot food. It was so quiet. If we are ever traveling there again, this will be our stop before choice.
The building was immaculate and obvious that it was relatively new. My only problem was that i did not get the room I booked and paid for months in advance. I was told that "the third party agency overbooked and should have contacted me". That was not the case. So instead of a suite with 2 queens, had to settle for a suite with a king.
