The hotel was extremely dirty. The room we were originally given had dirt all over the floor, food, etc. The toilet was dirty and so was the shower.

Good value for the money. Maintenance team works on keeping property in good shape. Clean, roomy and tidy rooms. Coffee maker was missing the coffee pod tray. Housekeeping had it replaced before we returned from the front desk to ask about getting the tray replaced. Safe did not work (dead batteries?). Maintenance repaired right away. Kind of aggravating because you pay $1.50 extra a day for the safe.

I liked that they gave you enough towels for your stay, but there was road construction at entrance of hotel so that was a little problematic getting in and out. Overall it was good.

We had a large group spread out over 4 rooms plus one dog. The staff were able to accommodate all our needs and did so in a very friendly, professional manner. Breakfast was first class and the location was convenient to our destination.

I stayed at this property several days earlier and left an item in my room. I called when I discovered it missing and asked them to look for it. When I returned 5 days later they had my item and returned it to me. The housekeeper went above and beyond to find and hold on to my property until I returned.

Room did not appear clean when we entered. Food .pieces, dirt on floor, dirt in tub, bathroom mirror was not clean. The carpet in the hallway had spill stains. The elevator cabin was very unclean, including floor, sidewalls, and control panel. Our tub would not drain and could not be used, hence the reason for the dirt we found in there upon arrival. The staff was very quick to respond to clean our tub and floors. Staff was courteous.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. We were visiting for the local waterfalls. Everything was great. The only reason I'm going 9 out of 10 is because the pool was down. My kids live to swim and that was part of the reason for booking at this hotel. And of course, a pool isn't considered a major thing, so you aren't notified that it's inoperable. Outside of that, everything else was great.
