The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The location is not close to downtown Copenhagen. However, there is a train station located about a 10-12 minute walk from the hotel.

Overordnet godt tilfreds. Men forstår ikke hvorfor i har så dårlige hovedpuder. Sov ikke godt med dem. De er simpelthen for billige. Ved godt det er en synes ting. Dynerne er også meget varme (vinterdyner).

The property was ok. The staff was unfriendly. We traveled overnight and were extremely tired but upon calling were told there were no early check-ins allowed (although the site specified that upon paying 200 you might be able to check in early). There was a table of finger foods set out and I started to pick up something and was told that I could not eat that. That was for a conference. I was surprised by the lack of tact of that individual. I am sure most of what was left was thrown away. Overall, the room was ok, but the staff was very unfriendly.
