Noticeable difference in staff attitudes in the week to weekend. First room had a broken toilet, moved to new room that had broken AC, but we are not complainers usually, so opened the window which was quite noisy at night, even on the 23rd floor. Lovely views on the even number rooms side though. Breakfast was nice but very expensive. Recommend the Blue Elephant Thai restaurant, as service & food was lovely. Convenient for the Metro, about a 5 min walk past the Q8 garage, where you can also pick up snacks & drinks.

Great hotel

Great stay.. not as central as some places but it was not too difficult to get around! Food was expensive at the hotel but the hotel was great.. free wine hours every night whilst we were there too!

Everything was fine but the wifi was terrible. When I complained they said they were using old technology and few other rooms were the same. They asked if I wanted to be connected to the wifi carrier. This should not be my responsibility.

The staff here were absolutely lovely and accommodating. Location was ideal, less than 30 min walk to Tivoli which was great. Plus walking distance to so many amazing bakeries such as Hart and Andersen Bakery. Such good transport connections to Metro and a bus straight to airport. Would definitely stay here again if i visited Copenhagen again.
