Walkable to everything I wanted to see: Nyhavn canal, Christiana, Stroget, the botanical garden and castle and the market at Torvehallerne. Dining all around. 3 Michelin restaurants within blocks. I however preferred Joe the Juice 2 blocks away for great sandwiches and coffee. The hotel is modern and the room, a module. All the basics are there and it's clean. Many business people seem to stay here. Breakfast buffet is ok but it's a madhouse. Staff is nice.

3 night stay , excellent location for City Centre , good sized room for short stay comfortable bed and pillows , clean , small shower cubicle ! Quiet room at rear of building, did not use any hotel facilities as out most of time , would return to this hotel

The breakfast room floor was always dirty. The WIFI was horrible. It would go in and out all the time. Extremely unreliable. We reported the issue and we were told that the WIFI capacity was not adequate for the amount of people in the hotel. Unreal!

Great value at a discount, spacious rooms

I got a non-refundable last-minute rate that was 40% less than usual for a higher floor room with its own bathroom. That was good value. The room on the top floor was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was fine for a small person but note that the shower is like a cylinder 6-7ft tall and 3ft wide. My only issue was they charge to store luggage for a few hours after we check out.

Hotel gave us a connecting room with a door that wouldn’t lock. We complained about the door not locking and requesting they changed our room but the manager refused to change our room and kept insisting the door locks even though it did not lock, the lock was broken. We eventually gave up and just put a chair in front of the door but didn’t sleep all night. I would not recommended for anyone to stay here.
