Booked it in the morning, arrived and was told my booking was cancelled and that they have no rooms available at all. There were maybe 10 cars in the parking lot and I had no correspondence or notifications that it had been cancelled and for what reason as payment had already be ran and taken out of the account. The lady at the desk was very rude, did not care one bit
