Property was loud from both internal and external noise. The location is ok. But it sits on a dead end so if you exit one place you have to perform a u turn and it isn’t marked. Breakfast was ok. The waffles were in plastic wrap inside a warmer. Yuck. The oatmeal with toppings was great but some fresh fruit besides apples would be desired.

Perfect hotel for our University of Iowa visit

We enjoyed our stay. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure and great temeperature control. Breakfast was good. The location was convenient to University of Iowa as well as lots of shops and resturants. We would stay here again.

Breakfast was ok. Waffles were too sugary and eggs ran out and seemed like ten minutes or more wait to replenish. Don't know if that was staff issue? Room was nice and area was great for restaurants.
