The house is located in the historic village of Gastouri a location, close to everything, makes the property an ideal holiday home all year round.
Just a five minute drive to the nearest beach Faliraki, a fifteen minute drive to Corfu town and a few minutes walk to Achillios Palace. There is also public transport to take you to Corfu town.
Meet the locals ,enjoy long walks around the village, visit historic monuments, buy fresh bread from the local bakery,try local food.

The house is special which provides comfort and privacy to the tenants.
You can use the garden to relax, read a book or have lunch under the large impressive cypress tree. A small barbecue area is also available for those who want to cook their own charcoal dinner.
Excellent finishing materials, wooden floors, fireplace, central heating make this property ideal for long stays even during the non-touristy summer months. It has four bedrooms, all of which offer panoramic views of Corfu Town stretching along the north coast of Corfu, Mount Agioi Deka and the surrounding villages.

On the first floor, the house has a separate bedroom with a double bed and bathroom, two bedrooms with a bathroom and w. c and a double bedroom on the second floor sleeping two, its own bathroom, w. c and a private terrace with a wonderful sea and mountain view.

A modern kitchen with dining area, equipped with electric cooker and oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer is located on the ground floor where you can prepare your meals and serve them in the dining area or in the garden under the large cypress tree.

A small barbecue area is also available for those who want to cook their own charcoal dinner. In the village of Gastouri you will find a tavern serving traditional home cooked food , a bakery and a coffee/bar. Only a few minutes drive and you can reach Benitses where you will find a wide variety of good quality restaurants and bars and cafes as well as the new marina.

Ideal location for those who enjoy long country walks and hiking as well as mountain biking ans water sport activities.
