This corner lot home with beach access just a few steps away is conveniently located to shopping, swimming, and dining. Enjoy the pool with afternoon sun, large decks, poolside refrigerator, bar, BBQ area with one gas grill, two charcoal grills, and lighted volleyball area. Landscaping and lawn areas for playing are added delights. It\'s just 550 feet to the beach access. Check out the awesome views from the huge deck!! Amenities: Private unheated Pool, poolside bar, hot tub, gas fireplace, WiFi, six TVs, three DVD players, two Refrigerators, an outside Bar with bar stools, a whirlpool tub, a Keurig coffee maker, a basketball hoop, a lit volleyball court, a horseshoes set, and a gas grill. Enjoy 190 yards with beach access. THINGS TO KNOW
- For January and February bookings, please contact us to ensure the hot tub is available. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. Fireplaces are available November 1st through April 1st. Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.
