This house is right off a main road and has a great dinning room table to gather around. Between the pool, hot hub and games provided this house constantly has something to do other than the beach. Host is quick to reply and happy to provide support during a hurricane.

Nice property. Smooth check-in, it worked out the we could get in early which was not expected, but very nice. We had everything we needed and things were in good working order, but some aspects are starting to show some age. The large dining area was perfect for our family.

Beautiful house with privacy

Our experience was wonderful. Enjoyed the privacy since we have an autistic teenager so he could be himself without others judging. Dottie, the caretaker, was very helpful to answer our questions and was nice enough to call and say we could check in a little earlier on our arrival day. I would definitely stay here again.

CT OBX family vacation 2024

The house was exactly what you see from the web site. Check in was very easy. We received a phone call informing us that the property was ready. The house is beautifully set back from the street. It is a short walk to the beach. The host has every thing you could imagine for the beach including chairs, towels and beach toys. The house is well stocked with linens, kitchen items etc. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home

Lots of things on site for family fun. From the pool/hot tub to the bicycles and board games pretty much everything you could want in already on site. Some things are bit dated (the dishwasher struggled) but are still functional, more than a couple lights are burned out and the HVAC and exhaust fan filters need to be changed or cleaned but nothing too significant.

Homerun!

Summer Breeze was amazing! The location was super convenient to the beach and to shops and restaurants. We especially appreciated the beach cruisers. Our teens loved the independence the bicycles gave them. The kitchen had all of the tools we needed to cook family meals and the large dining table was perfect for all of us to eat together. The house was large enough to give everyone privacy and space. We also really appreciated the streaming capabilities and cable tv. The cable was key to our watching the Olympics all week and to keep up with our favorite news shows. Dottie called us as soon as the house was ready which was greatly appreciated after our long journey from the NE. We would highly recommend Summer Breeze and would definitely stay there again!

Outer Banks delight

Our stay at Sea Breeze was enjoyable and relaxing. The house is nicely appointed with a well stocked kitchen and ample space to cook and eat together as a large group. We especially enjoyed gathering on the screened in porch and the multileveled balconies. The location is both private and convenient which is almost unheard of in any beach town. There are toys for guest use for both the pool and beach which was an especially nice touch as we were traveling quite a long distance with small children and did not have room to pack all the beach items they enjoy. The walk to the beach was a short but beautiful 5 minutes. Communication between our family and the host, Mary, was easy and any concerns we had were met with care and handled with kindness and professionalism. We would absolutely stay in this comfortable home away from home on any return visits to the outer banks.

Great family home!

We really enjoyed our week! The house was a perfect, family friendly home. Between the pool and the short walk to the beach, everyone was happy! The kitchen allowed us to make some great family meals at home. The master bedrooms were perfect for the adults. The bottom floor was perfect for all the kids. Family Time

Great location- lots of room- easy access to beach

This was our first visit to OBX and I looked at apt of properties before deciding on this one. It provided ample space for everyone to have a bed and not feel on top of each other during the day. Lots of entertainment options and just a 5 minute walk to the beach- very easy. I loved how quiet it was in Corolla and would choose it again. I do suggest having more toilet paper ready when guests arrive (I don’t think the owner needs to supply it for the whole week- but more than one roll would have been nice to get started).All in all a great vacation.

Amazing rental!

Brought my family to corolla for my mothers 60th birthday. We could not have found a more perfect rental for the week! Very clean with lots of amenities! Mary and Dottie were very kind and accommodating! We would absolutely stay again! Highly recommend!!

Great Place to Spend Time with Family

Property was nice and big so all our family could stay without feeling like we were right on top of each other. It was so nice that all of the main rooms had their own bathroom. The pool and hot tub were amazing! I really appreciate that they had a lot of items that you would typically have to bring yourself (laundry detergent, trash bags, beach toys, beach chairs, etc). The beach access was a little bit further than I was expecting but it was still manageable. Having the bikes available made the trip to beach access much quicker. Dottie was very responsive when we had any questions! We had a great stay!
