The beds were comfortable and the rooms very quiet. The location was great, close to walking trails, restaurants and shopping. Other than the housekeepers throwing out my shoe inserts, the trip was great. Of not the hotel reimbursed me for the shoes inserts.

Service was friendly. Housekeeping was quick. The suite we were in needs to be remodeled. Very dated look. Bed and sofa squeaking. For the price per night, I could’ve gotten something more modern and cleaner looking. But the service and staff were friendly so that made it easier to stomach.

What a great secret tucked away in a wonderful spot on Coronado Island! The room was spacious and clean. All of the staff was kind and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were both awesome and clean. The beach is 2 minute walk across the street and the hotel has beach towels, chairs and bodyboards for you to use. The breakfast was a wonderful surprise as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and this location.

Mediocre

Clean but very outdated. Bed was horribly old and uncomfortable, springs squeak badly. We were out of the room by 11am everyday and never had housekeeping come clean. I saw a housekeeper outside and asked for towels she said they came by twice before 11am but DND sign was up. So if you’re not an early person you get no service.
