My family have stayed at this property (not the same condo) several times before and have always enjoyed our stay except this trip. The minute we arrived we encountered issue after issue. Not only was the condo not cleaned properly but there was a foul odor coming from the refrigerator, there was a crack in the flooring that my daughter scraped her foot on, the futon was completely broken and dangerous to use, there was a puddle of water in the dryer and we couldn’t use it until someone came out to look at it. When getting ready for bed the master bed had ants all inside the sheets, on the comforter, coming up from the footboard and on the pillows, the tv wouldn’t work as there was no batteries in the remotes, under one of the beds there was crackers and tons of crumbs underneath it. The sheets and pillow cases looked dirty as did the towels. The bunk beds were so loud when sleeping on them, you couldn’t move without waking someone up and we couldn’t use the futon as it was broken. We spent a majority of our vacation having to reach out to the property about all these issues that it really put a damper on things. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful, perfectly located, a great size for my spouse and I and 4 teenagers, and check in and check out were both effortless. Communication was great. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Nice stay

They place was nicely decorated. Had full Kitchen items. It was in a good area too. Master bedroom bed was dirty. We had to wash bedding before we went to bed on first night. Floors in dining and kitchen were dirty.

Nice Condo w/ Plenty of room

It matched the photos, the AC worked great. Some minor loose things like a shower head not secured in the wall, etc. Very clean and cozy, just a few minutes drive to the beach, close to pretty much anything you would need or want to do. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great trip and the condo was nice. I would suggest a deep cleaning (under beds, futon etc) but on the surface everything was fine. I would stay here again.

Amazing!

Clean and comfy

Pros: very clean; comfortable beds, 3 large functioning smart TVs, great location, renovated and modern cozy feel (granite counter, new flooring, New appliances), quiet and safe. Cons: hot water did not last long enough (only half a bathtub full for the kiddos, then it was cold), heat instantly set off fire alarm and scared my kids, and we really needed a Broom to sweep crumbled up after snacks and meals (kids are mess). Also there were 2 brown stains on king quilt, and futon cover when we arrived.

Great location, very clean space, and comfy furniture.

We enjoyed our stay here and intend to come back to this condo. The space is super cozy, clean, and happy. The bed was comfy and the living room had great seating for our whole family to gather in the evening. The location is quiet and we didn't have any traffic noise or crazy golf cart party goers. It was one of our most pleasant stays in Port Aransas.

Fun in the Sun

My husband & i took our 8yr old daughter & two granddaughters 8 &11 for a little vacation before starting back to school. We had an amazing time! Check in & check out was super easy no stress. The condo was soo great! Spacious & adorable, a home away from home for sure! We plan on making this a yearly trip! Only thing we should have done was rent a cart to get around on. Neat year for sure!
