The view is a great view like a lot of otger reviews said. The property was nice and clean but it needs a lot of TLC. The bed has a huge dip in the center so if you replace that i would definitely stay again

I was very pleasantly surprised with this condo. The view is amazing and it is truly a peaceful place. My mom loved the place and is asking when we are going back. I recommend this place to anyone seeking a tranquil stay with amazing view of the beach.

Great view and AC if you can stand mold

Loved the view but you really need to get rid of the mold and when I stripped the bed this morning I was grossed out there was not a mattress pad and the mattress looked bad too. Loved the decor and new shower curtain but you should get the c shaped rod to give guest more room. You need a stand for the toilet paper also. Remove the broken towel rack and broken toilet paper rod, scrap up mold and kiltz primer paint and this place could really be nice. Lots of lightbulbs were out as well. The view is a 10 out of 10, you can even see the Lexington from the balcony which my husband loved!

Confirmed with hotels.com that NOT as advertised

There was no balcony. Just a door that opened to a torn up wooden platform and no railing. A "door to certain doom" as a friend called it... because it was the 3rd floor. Looked like a storm had destroyed that entire side of the building. The owner stated the description reflected this and I thought perhaps I just didnt see it. I first gave him the benefit of the doubt and was very gracious. However, I checked with hotels.com when I got home from vacation. Nope, they confirmed that it should have had one. With a four night stay, I had maintenance in the condo three times for electrical issues that were not resolved. My son got pneumonia while we were on vacation and after the second maintenance visit, I asked the owner not to send maintenance again. I'm disappointed that I'm unable to attach pictures to this review, that feature is not working.
