Other than needing an additional refrigerator (house had one refrigerator) the house was in excellent condition and close to the boardwalk to access the ocean via golf cart. We had 3 families staying here at one time and had plenty of room. The swimming pool was small and great for small children. Our 4 children were ages 1-4.

Great Location and Perfect House for Multiple Families

Loved the property. The kids loved the bunk rooms and the big giant tub downstairs as well as the pool. My husband and I enjoyed coffee out on both of the decks. The ice machine was really convenient as well. We had great memories riding the golf cart to the beach, searching for seashells, jumping waves, and going to the little small cafe in Cinnamon Shores to get ice cream. Thanks for the memories.

Wonderful Vacation House

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was great about the home. It was clean and comfortable with lots of space to spread out with our family of six. Private pool and golf cart was a bonus. Five minute walk to the beach. The communication with rental agency was very proactive for check in and check out and very responsive to our questions. The only thing that would of made the stay more enjoyable is having portable beach chairs available to use.

Lovely vacation home.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Everything about the home was great, except for a distinct smoke/pesticide odor that was very strong when we first arrived. The odor subsided a bit after opening doors and windows to air out the rooms, but it never completely left. It is the only reason I would hesitate to stay there again, as everything else about the property was wonderful. Even after arriving back home, all our clothes and towels needed to be washed to get rid of the stale smoke smell. A real shame, since it was such a beautiful and fun property.

Don't Stay Here

Reeks of bug spray! My clothes reeked of bug spray when I unpacked at home. No one available to ask questions after their business hours. Lacks directions for how to use multiple items...couldn't get gas grill to light, after hours, so no one to ask. Bikes there, but had bike locks on. Had to wait until the next day for someone to give us the combination for the locks. Went to use golf cart, but no key. Had to wait until the next day for someone to call us and let us know it was under the middle seat. The picture of the pool is totally deceptive...it is the size of a large jacuzzi. The fridge is tiny. Big disappointment

Really great place to host family and friends in Port A

House was spacious and well equipped. Short distance to and from the beach was ideal. Pool was a great bonus. Some difficulty with lockbox upon departure was the only part of our stay that could have gone better.

The best family vacation house!

There were 11 of us- 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 2-7)- and this was the perfect house for us! Beds were comfortable, family room was perfect, and the kids loved the bunk room! The swimming pool was everyone’s favorite- I think we were in that more than at the beach! Would definitely recommend this house!

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful and it was so nice having the private swimming pool. I love that the golf cart and beach gear were included. When we arrived, we got a text message that our property was available to check in early, which was great! After trying the combination we were given many times, we called the management company to see if we had the wrong code. Apparently the box is set to not work until after 2pm even though we were notified the house was ready before that. It was nice to sit out on the deck, but we all ended up with white stuff on our clothes and skin (almost like the paint wasn’t fully dried). We had to stock up on ice since there was limited fridge space. A larger fridge or a small fridge in the bar area would have helped a lot. We had to throw stuff out just because we had no room in the fridge. There was a slight smell to the house. It wasn’t super noticeable while we were there but when we left, we realized that all of our clothes smelled of smoke (nobody in our group smokes and we did not use the grill). Overall, the house was beautiful and the layout was great for our group.
