The room was clean and breakfast was good but needsa bacon option. The potatos were very good. The bay view was amazing but the windows on the outside need a cleaning. The fishing from the peir was great! And the peir was clean.

Beautiful property with complimentary breakfast. This hotel has a bed and breakfast feel. The decor was classic, elegant, and inviting. This hotel is one of the nicest in the area.

We loved the view of the bay from our balcony. The room was clean and nice. The pool and hot tub were in excellent condition and the poll area was very nice and inviting. Two areas of improvement - the TV was surprisingly small and the Palm Room restaurant was short of staff and ran out of items on the menu because a "large" group of 8 showed up on a Tuesday. We chose to eat elsewhere because of it.

This was our second or third time staying here. It is such a beautiful location. This time we had a later check in because housekeeping wasn’t done with our room. We were little tired and cranky from our trip in. Didn’t find the beds as comfortable. They were super soft which some people may like and there was a great deal of noise in the hotel into the wee hours always before we just found it such a calm, relaxing environment. I don’t know what to change with that but a lot of rowdier type guest I guess I should say.

My stay was only for one night. Check in was quick and efficient. Room was very comfortable but cleanliness was just fair. Room facing the pool side which had 2 lounging chairs to enjoy the beach breeze and weather and made for a relaxing experience. Pool was of good size, clean and well kept. Property is very nice to enjoy overall.
