My daughter got engaged this weekend and the house was perfect. Close to the beach (short walk). House was perfect size. Felt like a home away from home. Fully stocked kitchen well laid out house a beautiful location.

Beach Stay

Nice house with plenty of room for friends or family. We liked the open kitchen/family room. Comfortable and clean. Walk to beach is farther away than expected so you may want to rent a golf cart to transport kids and beach gear. Wish the beds in bedrooms were able to accommodate king sized beds. Overall a nice place to stay.

Family getaway

The house was just a 5-8 minute walk to the beach. The house was clean and provided enough dishes and utensils for our family of 10. We enjoyed the grassy backyard and pond next to it, as well as the community pool across the street. The only complaint was the dishwasher was out of order and the property management did not consider that and leave extra towels and dish soap. We had to purchase. The house interior could use a fresh coat of paint as well as the front and back exterior doors.

Great property

My family and I had a wonderful time. The home was very clean upon arrival. We had 2 older individuals that stayed in the primary room with en suite and walk-in shower. They also appreciated that the entrance to the home was on the ground floor. The neighborhood swimming pool was super close but a bit dirty so we only went swimming there once. We had an issue with the wifi and it was fixed before we left. We did have to try a couple of different people before getting it fixed but finally Melissa with vacasa came out and got everything squared away. There is a walkway to the beach and it is big enough for a golf cart. We chose to rent one and we're so happy we did. It made everything so much easier. The beach was seaweedy but it wasn't when we went in October, so it's probably just a seasonal thing.

Review

The only thing we were disappointed in was there wasn’t a grill at the property. It shows a grill in one of the pictures, although it is not listed in the amenities section. That was the first VRBO property I’ve stayed at that didn’t have an outdoor grill of some sort. Other than that we really enjoyed the property.

Our family came to vacation here to celebrate our parent life. The home is beautiful, however it does need a deeper clean. Toiletries and such were lacking and a few must haves in the kitchen are also lacking. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Great beach stay

We had a hard time finding a beach house that was big enough for two families, that was close to the water, and was clean. This house hit the mark. We really enjoyed ourselves here, and really didn’t finding anything big missing. We would likely look to come back for our next visit to the area.

Great house near the beach

This house was perfectly located close to the boardwalk with easy access to the beach. Very clean and a very nice, spacious living room/kitchen area for the family to be together. We really like the Mustang Royale location, its proximity to the beach, and the fact that the beach is relatively quiet this time of year. The house was well stocked with kitchen equipment so we could cook at home. Wonderful trip.

Could have been better

Great location close to the beach. The house is aesthetically very pleasing. One can tell that the owners have put in the efforts to make this a place to come back to. Unfortunately, it’s managed by a company that is not on top of things. We had a broken dishwasher, broken can opener, cheap door knobs to the backyard which take significant luck and effort to access the backyard. To top it all, they limit the wash pods (4 pods for 3 nights stay !!) 
 that’s just a “penny wise pound foolish” management ruining this beautiful property.

Worst vacation rental.

Let me start with saying that the property itself was nice. Unfortunately we experienced issue after issue. 1) when we got to the property the upstairs toilet was not working. 2) Faucet upstairs had poor water flow. 3) Mosquito infestation, which would have been ok, had we been advised to bring spray or candles. Even better had it been provided beforehand. The mosquitos were massive and attracted to the pond directly behind the house. 4) Dishwasher did not latch, so we could not use it. 5) We thought the AC was broken, because the front guest room and upstairs guest rooms were incredibly hot, as the AC was set to 79. It took two days to get temperature to 73. I spent the first two days calling for maintenance on the house. The toilet was fixed, ac was checked, house was sprayed for bugs. We were left with out the dishwasher the entire trip and low water flow in the upstairs bathroom. Ultimately I would not recommend this rental to anyone, unless you want to spend time calling for maintenance. Worst vacation rental I have ever experienced. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Great house and location to the beach!

We stayed for a few days over July 4th weekend and it was a great house and location for us. The house was very clean and took about 8 minutes to walk to the beach. It had all the amenities we needed. Only downside was the upstairs was pretty warm but each room came with an extra fan and that helped. Kids loved the double bunk beds. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house!

Super clean, very light and bright and spacious. Slept 8 people very very comfortably. Short easy walk to the beach. Kitchen stocked with utensils, pots and pans, dishes etc. Just a huge reminder that the toiletries and kitchen needs (dishwash soap, garbage bags, sponge, paper towels, dishwasher detergent etc.) is just a starter quantity. if you stay more than 2 days make sure you bring more basic essentials. Would highly recommend this house. Excellent service - got responses from home care team within 5 mins each.

Great place - not a lot included

The house was great- the layout is great. However, usually when I have stayed in these houses for beach vacations, there are things included like trash bags and laundry detergent. While there was some - they were like samples. And 4 trash bags for the main trash in the kitchen is not enough for a family of 7 staying 5 days. I could have messaged turnkey, and maybe I should have, but who wants to spend their vacation doing that? The point is, you need to bring extras with you when staying here. For the price of this rental, it should include trash bags.

Family gathering

This house was perfect for a family Thanksgiving- all on ONE floor and no stairs for older parents to climb. Living room, dinning area, and kitchen are a nice size to not feel squeezed like other beach homes.
