This was our first family vacation after adopting our grandchildren. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay! Very clean and family friendly. Easy walk to the beach even with twin 4 year olds! They loved the bunk beds too. We will be making this an annual trip for sure!!

Overall a great stay, clean, well kept and well stocked. Conveniently located close to the beach with a very large community pool. My only complaint is that the master bedroom is at least 2-3 degrees hotter than the rest of the townhome all the time and makes sleeping quite difficult for anyone who wants to be somewhat cooler while sleeping. This continued throughout our stay even when the door was open all day/night. Should be looked investigated and is the first time I've had this issue in this complex (stayed a few other units prior visits). Thus the downgrade to 4 stars. Everything else was fine.

What a great property! The amount of room we had in the townhome was excellent. Having the pool in front of our unit was very convenient but the real highlight was being in walking distance to the beach/seawall. Such a beautiful area and overall great experience. My children and I didn't want to leave. We will return!

I couldn't have been happier with this rental. Was absolutely perfect for my family!

Very satisfied with this property, the cleanliness, location, and the accessibility to the pool. I was so happy to be able to sit on the patio and watch the kids play and keep the baby out of the elements. Clean, comfortable, and loved having a full size washer and dryer. I would give this place 10 stars ! I also loved the decor, wasn't old outdated ocean decor that I usually see. Extra touches with the box fan, baby bassinet, and puzzles. Pool area was very neat and clean, beach entry, separate kiddie pool for the Littles. Really hoping to return to this condo in the fall. Thank you!

This place was perfect! Clean, roomy, and we’ll equipped. The kids really enjoyed the arcade game in the bedroom. Pool needs to be vacuumed/cleaned more often, as there were gobs of hair and other junk in it, but still swimmable.

Close to the Beach!

The property was in good condition. Could have stood to be a bit cleaner, but all in all, was mostly clean. It was well stocked with everything we needed to get through a 3 day weekend. This property is within walking distance (about 600 yards) to the beach, which is a huge plus. The pool is very nice, but there are a TON of units that have access to this pool. Granted, we were there on 4th of July weekend, but the pool had 60+ occupants every afternoon. All in all, it was a good property for what we were looking for.
