The place was updated and immaculately clean, with Everything that you need in a kitchen. The host was proactive and helpful. The only drawback was the fact that the kitchen and common areas were located upstairs, and we traveled with 2 mobility impaired family members.

Wonderful family beach home!

Our family of 6 plus 2 small dogs loved this property. The home was very clean and spacious, plus the kitchen had pretty much anything you may need to cook a meal. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs, too! We were very close to the beach as well as the very. We would stay here again!

Would recommend!!

We came as an end of summer trip. Family of 12 with toddlers, teens and adults. Very spacious, plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. If you have toddlers consider bringing a baby gate for bottom downstairs, top of stairs had a retractable baby gate. Home had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Couldn’t have been any better! We would definitely recommend and will be back! Would also recommend Barefoot Beans for your coffee fix.

Wonderful week away.

This house is all they say it is. I couldn’t have found a better place for our large family. My only thing was the stove top. 3 of the knobs were broken. So I only had 2 burners to cook with. The only reason it wasn’t a 5 star. The pool was beautiful access to everything was so close. We drove our golf carts the entire time there. It was a very comfortable and peaceful place to stay. I am a little OCD so I did some cleaning when I arrived. But that’s just me.

The house and pool were great. My family really enjoyed their stay here. Only problem we had was ice maker in kitchen did not work. We had to go to pool house to get ice, which was kind of a pain. Other than that, we loved the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location but no ocean view easy access to beach from Avenue G can also walk to shopping and a few restaurants and bars. We had a great time and lots of space for all.

The house was great there were problems though. The AC in my room did not work. Ice maker didn't work, broken shower door upstairs. Over all though these were all small inconveniences. The house is beautiful and the house was very clean.

Simply Marvelous!

We all had the greatest time. The swimming pool area has a great layout for both adults and kids. Lots of space to store your beach and pool toys. The property was super clean, well stocked kitchen, and convenient location to everything. SWAY took very good care of us during our stay. Missing it already.

Cute design & close to everything, a little dated

The pictures of the listing adequately represented the home. It’s super cute and you can tell a lot of work has been poured in to the property. Cons: odd smell - like moth balls and cigarette; washing machine had musty smell; downstairs king shower drain slow to drain; pool dirty (pool people came for biweekly clean and did not vacuum or skim the pool at all); did not read the photo details in the listing and did not realize detached apartment only had an outdoor shower. Pros: great layout for multiple families to each have our own space; kids loved their own bunk room; beautiful updates and decor; location was so close to the beach and restaurants but definitely in the older part of town; we enjoyed having a private pool (this is a must for us!!); the ring game is a nice touch on the patio; and communication with the owners was very much appreciated. Overall, this was a great house for our large multi-family group.

Amazing and modern home

We had such a great time while at the house, upon arrival the grass had just been cut so there was a layer of grass on top of the pool which we started cleaning out ourselves but property Mgr did send someone to finish the cleaning. Very modern design with large spacious floor plan.. Bedrooms did offer an upstairs and downstairs master which was even more of a plus with the pool house as well having a dedicated restroom.. Very limited cupboard space but a full fridge in the kitchen as well as in the pool house helped with cold food storage space. Abandoned home next door is kind of an eyesore and a little scary but located very close to beach access and close to downtown Port Aransas. Did kill a few spiders in the downstairs area so might want to increase frequency with exterminating. “Pet Friendly”in home description was misleading, we have 5 small dogs and sadly were only allowed to bring 3 of the 5 so had to spend additional $$ to kennel.. A lot of rules with the property but to be understood with such a beautiful home.. All in all really enjoyed the stay and loved the design of the home..!

Awesome House

This was an amazing house , very clean and well kept. You can tell the owners take pride in their property . The covered area under the deck made it nice when trying to retreat from the sun. Overall great house and would rent it again.
