The condo is the very first unit when you pull into the complex, very close to the high traffic street. The steps going to the main floor are very steep. Anyone who has health issues, either stay on first floor or choose another place. The beds were comfortable, place was decorated super cute and looked upscale. The WiFi instructions were unclear and there was nothing on the back of the router. I suggest they buy blankets and a toaster. The pool was pretty crowded during spring break, we weren’t able to go much. Only 1 pool for all units, small pool with 1 hot tub. We did enjoy the newly added dog fenced area. Bring your own laundry detergent. It was super cute.

The location was great! We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub which were great to relax in after a day at the beach. The property was very clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of dishes, but could have used a few more mixing bowls and a toaster — minor things. We would definitely recommend this unit!

Everything was great. Nice rooms and decor. 2 things though. The sheets in regular bedroom were very itchy. They really bothered my wife. And we went to hook up a fire stick to watch the fight last night the back of the tv in the living room is very dusty. Besides that it was great. We left it clean minus washing sheets and towels. If we go back I’d rent it again.

We had a great stay! The house was very comfortable and clean. It was great that we had 2 rolls of TP in each bathroom and dish soap and dishwasher detergent was provided! Plenty of knives, utensils, bowls, pots & pans. The hot tub was great. I just need to add that house was much smaller than it appeared in the photo and I would suggest that you warn guests about the extremely steep staircase with hand rail on only one side. We had an older person with us who wasn’t able to make it up the stairs to the living area. With stairs that steep, you should have a hand rail on each side. But other than that, everything was great!

The place was exactly as describe, very clean and had a very well stock kitchen. Hope to stay there again soon. The pool was also very nice and relaxing. We had a great time celebrating my husband’s birthday.

check in process was easy, we did have an issue with the bottom room the ac unit was not cooling, we were able to get ahold of maintenance and they did arrive in timely manner, the maintenance guy looked at unit cleaned filter and we waited 2 hours as directed before turning unit on after turning unit on a hour passed and still was not cooling, a bit frustrating contacted property manger another tech was sent out and informed that would have to send out ac company he did offer to bring portable unit, i said he could bring one in the morning. we already made arrangements for my son and wife to stay at local hotel. The property manager called first thing in morning informed that ac company would be out asap, which they did in the meantime property manager had portable unit installed. we were satisfied the unit was more than enough. so with that being said i could not say how excellent the 2nd maintenance man was and especially property manager. the property manager also informed we would get refund for having to spend out of pocket for room, which have already been reimburse. So all in all I was really impressed that when a bad situation such as no ac in hot weather they went above and beyond to make things right. i would highly recommend staying at this facility what could of been a bad vacation was wonderful

There are only two king beds not three. The room with the twin bunk beds has a queen sized bed so that was disappointing. Wish the house was a little cleaner. Bottom bunk bed had a bar broken off so the mattress slumped down a lot. One of the blinds in the house with two beds were broken. The lamp in the house with the queen bed/bunk beds was taped up. I even went out of my way to buy clorox wipes and clean the house a little more. Neighborhood was nice though and check in process was easy. Communication with property manager was great, anytime we needed something they were on it quick. We did not have a charcoal grill and they brought one to us quickly. Overall pretty good just a few complaints.

Great Spot! But some notes

All in all this property was great! Overall clean, close walk to the beach, very roomy for a family of 6 (all adults - parents and 4 siblings) and a dog, great vacation home. I gave 4 stars only because one of the rooms (that is detached from the main space) had some mildew/mold smell in it and the home doesn’t actually have a boardwalk or beach view. We were ok without the boardwalk since the walk was still only 7 min and without the direct view. And, ultimately, we made it work without the mildew room. Customer service was very helpful and understanding about it too, but couldn’t do anything about it during our short visit. I don’t recommend the place for handicap or dogs not used to stairs. The main space is up a flight of stairs. But again, all in all, it was good for our vacation
