So, whether you are on vacation or need a change of scenery for work, enjoy the views of the ocean from our 10th floor condo with private balcony on MUSTANG ISLAND. Port Aransas beaches. The ocean breeze and the delightful fly-bys from the seagulls and pelicans are relaxing as you take in all the scenery.
This condo is a 2 suite bedroom, each with private bathrooms and king size beds. Suite 2 has beautiful hallway doors that when opened provide access to the bathroom or close to have a private suite.The patio is spacious and has seating for 4.
This condo is beautifully remodeled and professionally decorated. All the countertops in the condo are quartz and the kitchen has all KitchenAid stainless steel appliances. Suite 1 features a walk in shower with bench and Suite 2 features a garden tub/shower. The quartz countertops in the bathrooms have
vessel sinks. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with vibrant beach colors that carry throughout the entire unit. Both bedrooms have bedside tables, lamps, plenty of outlets and USB outlets as well. The bedrooms have beautiful wide louvers for plenty of privacy. Suite 1 has a walk-in closet and dresser and Suite 2 has large closet and chest of drawers. Each bedroom features a new 43” Roku Smart television and remote controlled ceiling fans.
The living room has plenty of seating, a Queen size sleeper sofa with an air mattress that is very comfortable and a . For entertainment, log into your favorite streaming media apps with our Roku Smart TV or pop in your favorite Blu-Ray DVDs for a movie night. The dining room comfortably seats 6 with additional chairs to seat 8. From the living room you are just a few steps from the spacious, covered patio with new colorful bar height poly-lumber chairs, cup holders, and tables. These chairs provide the perfect height to see over the balcony railings so you take in everything the beach and ocean have to offer. Just sit back, enjoy the sounds of the ocean, the gentle breeze and the amazing ocean views.
Amenities:
The condo comes stocked with fresh linens, towels, and complimentary hotel size toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. We have everything you could want. We provide a toaster, coffee pot, Keurig. Coffee grinder, blender, pots/pans, bakeware, mixer, Crock Pot, dishes, glasses, and utensils.
About the complex:
There is plenty of guest parking. The property offers tennis courts, basketball courts, gym, guest lobby with a complimentary coffee bar, outdoor pool (heated year round), playscape with access by the pool, hot tub, newly renovated sun deck with ceramic fire pits and plenty of seating. There are 3 BBQ grills and picnic tables. There is a laundry facility located on the lower level of the property, which are coin/card operated. The boardwalk is a short distance to the beach with freshwater showers for you to rinse off before heading back to the condo. We provide pool/beach towels in the unit. Great Beach Spot in Port A

This is our 3rd time staying at the property- we love it! Location is incredibly convenient – just a short drive into the main area of Port an and we love being directly on the beach. The communication with Kelly and Lisa is always easy and the amenities in the condo are lovely.

Breathtaking Views... Fabulous Accommodations

We absolutely LOVED this condo. Not only were the views absolutely incredible (sunrise from the balcony, sunset from the bedrooms!), but the condo was beautiful; the staff were awesome; the hosts were fantastic; and the location was perfect. It is away from the main downtown area which can be a little chaotic but just a short drive. We would absolutely recommend this VRBO. We promise you won't want to leave!

Perfect location to beach

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. This unit was well appointed with all the comforts of home. The pool and hot tub were in great condition. The walk to the beach was easy and the view was nice. Definitely would stay again!

We stayed at a quiet time of year and had the beach and amenities almost all to ourselves! The condo is exactly as pictured on the website - beautifully appointed with spectacular views! Coffee on the balcony watching the sun come up and wine in the evenings enjoying the sound of the surf were the highlights of our trip!

I can't say enough great things about this condo, the owners and the location! Great location to the beach-very fast from condo to beach, condo was updated, bright clean! Owners were so kind and in touch about anything and everything-even when the internet was down for a bit they texted to let us know-we were on the beach so it did not matter but it was great to be informed! The unit was well set up, and beautifully furnished. The view was lovely, despite the cloudy and cool weather of February. The balcony is blocked from the tradewinds, so it is pleasant and enjoyable even when quite windy. we would definitely rent here again.

A little piece of paradise

This is our third year to rent this beautiful condo and our visit has become an annual event for my friends and I. The views are great and the beach is steps away. The amenities are plentiful and the kitchen is stocked with everything we need to prepare meals. Hosts offer suggestions of local activities and are very responsive to any questions or needs that arise. Communication is excellent! I'm already looking forward to our next visit!

Last minute weekend getaway

Our plans to stay with family in Corpus changes at the last minute and we booked this . The condo was super clean and very comfortable. The hosts were very helpful especially making sure we got our covered spot on the beach rented. It was super relaxing and we will definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo

We love Port A and have stayed at the Sea Gull and Sand Piper many times. This was probably the nicest condo we’ve stayed in yet. We love the short walk across the boardwalk to the beach and the gorgeous views. The hosts were wonderful and easy to contact. We’ll be back! :)

Very Clean and Very Spacious Very close to the Beach and Plenty of Pool Space. Kitchen is big with Plenty and i mean Plenty of Utensils and Flatware Living room and Balcony are big. Owners answer your texts and calls. Definitely Recommend and Going Back.

Turquoise paradise

This was a fabulous condo. It had everything you needed. Would have been awesome to have a washing machine but totally understand. They have one downstairs for a small price. The pool area was clean. Cabana set ups was worth the price of $55 and came with two lounge chairs. There are also plastic chairs you can get. Sleeping arrangements were good. My friend and I shared one king room with plenty of room to spare and our three 17 year olds were small enough to share the other king room. There is a pull out sofa bed but we didn’t bother with it. There was plenty of space for everyone and we didn’t hear the kids laughing or being silly in the other room. Balcony is set up great with plenty of chairs to have our coffee outside. AC works great. You just need your groceries, clothes and drinks of choice to have a fabulous time. Will definitely come again!

Perfect Oceanfront Retreat – We'll Be Back!

We recently returned from our third stay at this incredible VRBO property, and it continues to exceed our expectations every time. The ocean views are absolutely breathtaking—you can even enjoy them while making dinner! The proximity to the beach is unbeatable; it's just a short walk over the boardwalk and you're there. The hosts are incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. The lovely pool and fantastic grilling options made our evenings just as enjoyable as our days at the beach. The friendly staff added to the overall pleasant experience, making us feel right at home. Fantastic Beach Stay

Had a great time staying here. Wonderful property. It is really set up well. The view of the beach was fantastic. The kitchen was perfect. We spent two full days on the beach. Make sure you reserve a tent cover for the beach through the building website the night before. We definitely plan to return here.
