So, whether you are on vacation or need a change of scenery for work, enjoy the views of the ocean from our 10th floor condo with private balcony on MUSTANG ISLAND. Port Aransas beaches. The ocean breeze and the delightful fly-bys from the seagulls and pelicans are relaxing as you take in all the scenery.
This condo is a 2 suite bedroom, each with private bathrooms and king size beds. Suite 2 has beautiful hallway doors that when opened provide access to the bathroom or close to have a private suite.The patio is spacious and has seating for 4.
This condo is beautifully remodeled and professionally decorated. All the countertops in the condo are quartz and the kitchen has all KitchenAid stainless steel appliances. Suite 1 features a walk in shower with bench and Suite 2 features a garden tub/shower. The quartz countertops in the bathrooms have
vessel sinks. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with vibrant beach colors that carry throughout the entire unit. Both bedrooms have bedside tables, lamps, plenty of outlets and USB outlets as well. The bedrooms have beautiful wide louvers for plenty of privacy. Suite 1 has a walk-in closet and dresser and Suite 2 has large closet and chest of drawers. Each bedroom features a new 43” Roku Smart television and remote controlled ceiling fans.
The living room has plenty of seating, a Queen size sleeper sofa with an air mattress that is very comfortable and a . For entertainment, log into your favorite streaming media apps with our Roku Smart TV or pop in your favorite Blu-Ray DVDs for a movie night. The dining room comfortably seats 6 with additional chairs to seat 8. From the living room you are just a few steps from the spacious, covered patio with new colorful bar height poly-lumber chairs, cup holders, and tables. These chairs provide the perfect height to see over the balcony railings so you take in everything the beach and ocean have to offer. Just sit back, enjoy the sounds of the ocean, the gentle breeze and the amazing ocean views.
Amenities:
The condo comes stocked with fresh linens, towels, and complimentary hotel size toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. We have everything you could want. We provide a toaster, coffee pot, Keurig. Coffee grinder, blender, pots/pans, bakeware, mixer, Crock Pot, dishes, glasses, and utensils.
About the complex:
There is plenty of guest parking. The property offers tennis courts, basketball courts, gym, guest lobby with a complimentary coffee bar, outdoor pool (heated year round), playscape with access by the pool, hot tub, newly renovated sun deck with ceramic fire pits and plenty of seating. There are 3 BBQ grills and picnic tables. There is a laundry facility located on the lower level of the property, which are coin/card operated. The boardwalk is a short distance to the beach with freshwater showers for you to rinse off before heading back to the condo. We provide pool/beach towels in the unit. I can definitely see why this got 10/10 on each review!! First the location and proximity to the beach is unbeatable. The condo is so clean, well decorated, and the view is stunning!! The host was super quick at responding and gave great local recommendations. The temperature controlled pool and hot tub are nice bonus. Will definitely stay here over and over again!!!

AMAZING on beach

This condo is wonderful!! You can walk down and be on the beach, it’s very clean, has everything you need!! There were chairs to borrow from condo building. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Great place to stay and wonderful communication from owners. Definitely recommend this place.

Totally enjoyed our two-night stay at this 2 BR condo. Quite comfortable and relaxing with everything we needed. Exactly as described and pictured. Beach and weather were both beautiful. The view from the balcony was fantastic. It would have been nice to spend more time there. Dining at Trout St Bar and Grill in town was also excellent. Likely to visit again.

Just one complaint

I only wish that I could have stayed longer at this lovely well-kept property. The Owners are wonderful, great Communicators, and care very much about their guests total satisfaction. There is no detail overlooked at this property, the Kitchen is very well-equipped with beachy furnishings throughout. The views are amazing and early morning sunrise pics are stunning. Your only complaint is that you can't stay longer.

Great Beach Spot in Port A

This is our 3rd time staying at the property- we love it! Location is incredibly convenient – just a short drive into the main area of Port an and we love being directly on the beach. The communication with Kelly and Lisa is always easy and the amenities in the condo are lovely.

Breathtaking Views... Fabulous Accommodations

We absolutely LOVED this condo. Not only were the views absolutely incredible (sunrise from the balcony, sunset from the bedrooms!), but the condo was beautiful; the staff were awesome; the hosts were fantastic; and the location was perfect. It is away from the main downtown area which can be a little chaotic but just a short drive. We would absolutely recommend this VRBO. We promise you won't want to leave!

Perfect location to beach

We stayed at a quiet time of year and had the beach and amenities almost all to ourselves! The condo is exactly as pictured on the website - beautifully appointed with spectacular views! Coffee on the balcony watching the sun come up and wine in the evenings enjoying the sound of the surf were the highlights of our trip!

I can't say enough great things about this condo, the owners and the location! Great location to the beach-very fast from condo to beach, condo was updated, bright clean! The unit was well set up, and beautifully furnished. The view was lovely, despite the cloudy and cool weather of February. The balcony is blocked from the tradewinds, so it is pleasant and enjoyable even when quite windy. we would definitely rent here again.

A little piece of paradise

This is our third year to rent this beautiful condo and our visit has become an annual event for my friends and I. The views are great and the beach is steps away. The amenities are plentiful and the kitchen is stocked with everything we need to prepare meals. Hosts offer suggestions of local activities and are very responsive to any questions or needs that arise. Communication is excellent! I'm already looking forward to our next visit!

Last minute weekend getaway

Our plans to stay with family in Corpus changes at the last minute and we booked this . The condo was super clean and very comfortable. The hosts were very helpful especially making sure we got our covered spot on the beach rented. It was super relaxing and we will definitely stay again!
