Spacious and comfortable with 6 adults and we were never on top of each other. The pool was a perfect touch, nice and relaxing after a long day at the beach. The outdoor shower and available hose came in handy. Location is perfect, close to everything! We walked to Coffee Waves each morning. Ample parking too. We had 3 vehicles and a 6 seater buggy easily parked in the driveways. I recommend Sunshine on Nine.

Great weekend

We were able to see the Fourth of July fireworks from the back porch and loved the house. Beds were comfy pool was nice for down time and very convenient to everything we needed with a golf cart. Would stay again.

Nice place for a large gathering with plenty of room for everyone. Everything looks fairly new. Plenty of room for parking and easy drive to beach and shops. (Whataburger right around the corner!) Pool area was rather small but good for soaking. Had problems getting check-in info but I think that was due to VRBO being recently bought out by Expedia. Ended up calling Expedia to resolve. Also, check-in time is truly 4pm. We showed up at 3:55pm and had to wait while cleaning crew finished up.

Port A Beach Trip - Sandfest Weekend

Our family of 9 adults and 2 children had a great time at Sunshine on the Nine. The location is perfectly situated downtown Port A blocks away from everything! We were all able to fit very comfortably with the 4 bedrooms. Ample beds for our family and little ones. If we come back with our family again, we'll try to book again.

My only complaint is we didn’t stay long enough. Great location. Walking distance to Coffee waves and whataburger. Great hosts. Got us fixed up quickly after we had a hard time getting inside.

Amazing Stay (You Will Love It)!

This house is amazing. From being modern and spacious, to having a pool and 2nd floor balcony - it’s everything you need for a great Port A visit. And the location is another huge value-add - Coffee Waves is right around the corner, as well as Whataburger. And Beer Hut is across the street and tons of shops off Avenue G are all within walking distance. We had 7 in our party (adults, teenagers, and kids) - we could have easily accommodated more people but since it was just our immediate family and my mother in law, we had the house all to ourselves. We will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic Home & Location

This house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved the location- near all of our favorite restaurants and the beach. The beds were comfortable and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. The only thing I’d note because we did not realize at booking- this is a plunge pool. Very small which we did not realize from the photos when booking but I see now it is not the angle of the photo it was a very short pool. Having a toddler- we did appreciate how it was gated separately from the home!

Beautiful home in a FANTASTIC location!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. We were very comfortable - the beds are very comfy! The size of the kitchen and amount of storage is INSANE! That was really nice for us and I was surprised at just how much room and storage there was! The pool was nice and very easy to heat as it was automatic - that was a real treat! Nice size pool for my little one and myself! The location CAN'T BE BEAT! It's very close to everything. My son really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere - we walked to pick up dinner, walked to grab a snack, walked to the fabulous coffee shop every morning - that was wonderful! The only reason I took a star off for the check-in was that we were given the address and it didn't include the house number - We didn't realize there were multiple units (all stand alone) in the same complex but we were able to pull up the pictures and then match it - we could easily have called to get the number but we arrived after 9pm and I didn't want to bother anyone with a call! We will absolutely stay here again - it was wonderful on all accounts! Thank you!!

Great Location!

Definitely recommend this place to stay! The house was really nice and the communication between myself and the host was great. They were able to accommodate everything! We have a total of 12 people and everyone had a great time.

JUST DO IT! Five Stars.

Perfect home, comfortable beds, all the amenities, cold air conditioner, close to town, close to the beach. It’s decorated like a home off coastal living, the kids loved the pool, I don’t have a single bad thing to say. Hands down will see if this place has availability next time we are back in Port Aransas. Bonus: Amazing property manager that is there for anything you need. Just do it, you won’t regret it!

Great home with big kitchen!

We had a wonderful time! We brought our own pack n play for the baby and there was room for it in the big master and in the queen room downstairs once we moved a dresser. The pool is not attached to the house so you have to walk out the back door and around the car port on your way to the pool. We did not bring our dog, but she said we could. I would say that a dog would be difficult at this property since there is no grass near by and the pool area is only concrete too. The owner was extremely responsive during our stay! She was prompt in returning text messages!! There are some really great lil bars and the spaghetti restaurant within walking distance. The golf cart rental is within walking distance too. You will not be able to walk to the beach but we were fine with that. The tiny pool at the house was perfect for us. Great pool size for kids and lazy adults :) We would highly recommend this place and we would gladly stay here again!! You will love Sunshine at Nine ☀

Beautiful Home in Port A!!!

We had a great stay even with the problems that arised while there. The property manager was awesome!!! We had a/c issues and network issues and the manager was so nice and did all she could to make our stay pleasurable!!! This is a fairly new home so problems are expected and our family still enjoyed our stay!!! We will definitely be back!!!
