Clean and spacious

The space was clean and had everything we needed. Definitely loved having 3 full bathrooms so multiple people could clean up after beach trip. The walk to the beach was about 15 minutes, which was perfect for us.

Family getaway

We enjoyed the location of the property. It was just a few blocks from the beach and a short drive from downtown. The neighborhood was quiet at night which I very much appreciated. The pool was a nice plus for my kids to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone going to visit Port Aransas.

Flip Flop and Relax

This is the second time our family has stayed here and have loved it both times! The place is family friendly and never disappoints. It’s near the beach and close to shopping spots. We have never had any issues with booking and the rooms are always clean. Wished we could have stayed longer but Hurricane Beryl had other plans 😂 Can’t wait to come back!

Cute house! 1 story home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was perfect for our weekend stay!! Pots and pans available for cooking. Washer/dryer and dishwasher. Location is close to several restaurants and stores. Will definitely book again!!

Enjoyable little stay

Pretty little place we love it. Could have used a night stand in the med bedroom with the bathtub. Very clean and nice. Bathtub could have used new slip strips because they are worn. Short people need a step stool.

Nice for the price

Condo/ duplex was very nice & spacious inside. The kitchen was well equipped but wasn't sure what kind of coffee pot was furnished & didn't bring filters. Ample parking but was surprised how VERY small the pool was from the photos in the listing although it was very close to this unit. Also, thought we were just a boardwalk across the dunes away from the beach but found it was definitely not walkable.

Tried to make the best of the situation

Overall, the house was beautiful — well-furnished and very clean. We really wanted to enjoy it more, but there were a couple of major issues that made it difficult.     1.    The WiFi was extremely unreliable, only working around 30% of the time, mostly late at night. Since all of the TVs relied on WiFi, we weren’t able to use any of them during our stay.     2.    The washer and dryer didn’t work, which added another layer of inconvenience. Because of these issues, we spent most of our time out at the beach, nearby family-friendly restaurants, or the pool. We mainly used the home just to sleep and shower, which was disappointing — especially when we just wanted to relax indoors for a bit. The kids were frustrated with not being able to use their devices during downtime, so we constantly had to find ways to keep them entertained outside the house. We’ve never had this kind of experience with Silver Sands rentals, which we’ve used for past vacations. This time we went with Vacasa due to availability, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. We made the best of it, but it definitely impacted the quality of our stay.

Nice Condo - don't bring a truck/small pool

The condo itself is very nice and meets the needs to be close to the beach. The water spout outside is a nice touch to rinse off all the sand on you feet, clothes, shoes, etc.. There is also and outside shower by the pool you can use to rinse off before coming into the condo. The condo has sugar ants in it so you will be greeted with those when you walk in. The view from the front deck is looking into the RV park next door, the trash dumpster, and another condo. There is a storage container in front of another condo which makes it very difficult to get a truck in to park. We always had to back in to be able to park. The parking spots are very close to the adjacent condo so if someone is parked there you are really squeezing in a tight spot. I would not recommend driving a truck if you rent this condo. Also, one of the pictures shows beach access with a pier. The beach is about 4 blocks from the condo. You can walk there or drive. We chose to drive since you can park on the beach in designated areas. The room with the bunk beds stays very warm compared to the rest of the condo. We purchased a box fan and placed it in the door way to help bring in the colder air from the kitchen area and that seemed to help. The bathrooms come equipped with 4 towels and 1 hand towel. I would recommend bringing wash rags. We found a dollar general on 361 south and purchased some once we realized none were provided. If you are renting this condo for the pool then stop. The pool is very small and can fit about 8 people in it. The deepest the pool goes is 4ft 6". We spent most of our time at the beach so this was not a big issue for us but be aware that this small pool is for the entire condo complex so it gets crowded very quickly. If you are looking for a clean quite place to sleep and be close to the beach without a view then this is the place to stay.

Beautiful and Spacious

Well laid out, comfortable, kitchen has everything you could need. One room is set up for kids, and the other two are more than spacious enough for the time you will spend here. The beach is within walking distance if you don't want to drive. We'll definitely be back!

Some furniture issues.

There were 300 plus dollars in extra fees you are not aware of until your payment is taken. The vendor subleases the reservation to a maintenance agency Vacasa who essentially you contact about anything or questions Regarfing your stay. The things they do us what we thought we paid the vendor to do. So essentially they pass the cost they should be paying the agency to manage the reservation and you the customer two vendors. There are booking fees, cleaning fees, service fees, limited damage wavier, (have no idea what that is for), tax three times, for a two day stay. The unit was clean except there were soiled towels with what looked like blood and vomit under the bathroom sink. The sofa ottoman was dirty and stained. Sofas were dated and had slip covers. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and furnished nice. The outdoor bbq pits were missing grates or wobbly. The maintenance people returned the following afternoon to remove the soiled towels, not right away as we were led to believe.

Lovely property, difficult to find

The property was lovely, clean, and just a short walk to the beach. The only issue we had was finding it when we first arrived. Google maps has it pinned at least a block away from the actual location. Including the name of the complex in the property description would have been helpful. Also, the wifi password on the fridge has a typo, so use the one emailed. Other than that we had a fantastic stay!
