Watch the sun rise over the water while the Cormorants dive down in the water catching fish. Situated on two intersecting canals that are great for catching Redfish, Black Drum, Speckled Trout, and the occasional Alligator Gar. Large kitchen and living room lead to a large covered deck and fishing dock where the ocean breeze awaits. All amenities to cook and entertain. We provide three (3) Kayaks for our guest to use during their visit. The canals are just a short paddle to Salt Lake and Copano Bay. Private boat ramp for you to launch your boat with a deck built lower to the water to make it easier to get in and out of your boat with a fish cleaning stand that has both running water and electricity. Underwater green light/lights help bring in the fish. Backyard is fully fenced with a charcoal and propane grill that allow you to cook while fishing. House is single level so no going up and down the stairs.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Copano Bay. Features include laundry facilities. The holiday home offers free WiFi and a kitchen.

Fun stay. The canal looks even better in person. King bed was great, master shower was great. Spending the evening on the is amazing. Tons of cool birds around. 10-15 mins from town, but having the canal makes it worth the drive.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication with the host was excellent. The neighborhood was quiet and close enough to town for our needs, Corpus Christi was about 40 minutes away. The house had plenty of room for us. The fenced in backyard was great for our dogs. Shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure. TVs in every bedroom (we didn't use them) and in the living room. There were a couple of kitchen items we couldn't find, but we made do without. We wished the beds were a little more firm, but everyone has their own preferences. Overall, this was a great place to stay. If we return to the area, we would rent this place again.

Yes, John was very nice and communicated with us before we even got to the destination.The house was perfect for our stay. The view was great and the fishing was hit or miss. We were close to Rockport/Fulton where shopping and restaurants were many.

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and has everything in the kitchen that you would need to use to cook. The house is in an area that is very quiet. We had a very relaxing weekend there. The neighbors were very kind. The back porch with access to the canal was an added bonus. My husband fished each night. We would definitely stay there again. Great location, friendly neighbors, enough rooms and bathrooms for our 4 person family. My husband, myself and our two teenagers stayed here. We never caught any keepers while there, but we tried. We have an older dog and the fenced in yard was smaller but that was perfect for our dog. Sitting on the back porch was relaxing. Having the kayaks to be able to use was also great. We really enjoyed being here and would definitely stay again. The host is very responsive.

Cozy family retreat

Great cozy house for family get together. Lots of beach boutiques, very beautiful beaches, or just staying home and fishing was great too. Plenty of room for 5 adults, 2-10 yearolds and our dog. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Gathering

Wonderful weekend in the sweetest place. Just right for young and older family members. A dock for fishing and relaxing and two porches. Felt instantly at home with everything I could ask for but the food. The owner was generous enough to offer extra time to early check-in and check out later. Such a kind gesture that was appreciated but we weren’t able to use because of travel issues. Would love to stay again in the near future.

Family vacation in Rockport

This property was super clean and inviting. It was well maintained and very comfortable. Communication with the property owner was also very good. We chose this property because it didn't have but two steps into the house as I am handicapped and it worked very well

Ample seating inside and out for the 5 of us. Highly functional kitchen made cooking a breeze. Loved the covered back porch and the deck on the canal. John is an exceptional host.

Relaxing family vacation!

Great place! Beds were comfy. Had plenty of space. The dock was awesome. Beautiful at night when lit up. AC was nice and cool. The kayaks were an added bonus. The owner was great with communication. Quick responses and willing to help at any time. I would definitely stay here again.
