The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable but I purchased the penthouse (3 days) for the view but when time to take a shower, we only had hot to very hot water, called it in and maintenance showed up the next morning at 1030, did not fix the problem and moved us to a room on the first floor for the next two days, But got charged for Penthouse price. At check out, no one was at office. Can I get some kind of discount or refund.
