Private: property 700 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, meadow. 200 m long motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Carport. Shop 6 km, supermarket 9 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station "Lugano" 25 km, grass beach "Porlezza" 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Piano, Lago di Como.
